These pepperoni chips are a quick and crispy. Served perfectly as snack or appetizer.
Best Pepperoni Chips Around
I’ve always been a compulsive snacker. It’s how I get through my day. I’ll usually skip through lunch so I can have more of a carb allocation to snacks. That’s where the need for these tasty pepperoni chips came in.
But instead of missing out on lunch, I decided to try something more low carb friendly. That’s when I noticed a bag of pepperonis in the fridge to make these delicious pepperoni chips.
This would serve perfectly with our Low Carb Queso Dip.
Trust me when I tell you that you will not be able to stop eating these. And the best part about these is how easy they are to make!
Just pepperonis, paper towels, microwave and 1-3 minutes. Then you’ll be left with crispy perfection.
Perfect Low Carb Chip Alternative
Since making these I haven’t missed potato chips whatsoever. The crunch and flavor are just what I need for my carb cravings.

I have to say, I had my doubts, but yummo!!!! So good! I’m a big snacker, and I love crunchy foods! This is a perfect snack for those trying to watch their carbs like me! Thanks!

These pepperoni chips hold up really well so you can serve them up with dip. I prefer to have them with salsa but they also taste great with artichoke dip and queso.

Didn’t you post this before? I think I got the idea from you a while back. I wanted to let you know these are wonderful. I was surprised how good they were. The pepperoni flavor remains on the paper towels so they can be used with any dip.

Andrea, this is the same recipe it was just updated. Glad you like them as much as you do, wish I would have thought of them much sooner 🙂

I’ve been doing this for some time and also getting a log of pepperoni ,chunking it microwaving draining and rinseing then grinding in a ginsu re-microwave on paper then put on clean paper and let dry . It’s makes great sprinkles and I assume low calorie because the fat is removed.
Andres Regalado says
It’s a truly delicious and incredibly simple idea! Do you use the sprinkles over a salad?

How long do they stay good I would like to make a lot of them to keep them on hand and have my son to try them I have put my family on a paleo diet to get them to eat healthy
Assistant Becca says
Keep them in an airtight container and they should stay good for up to a week or so.
Sammy Crooks says
how long ahead can i make them ? id like to make some for my boyfriends lunch 🙂
Assistant Becca says
If you store the pepperoni chips in an airtight container, they’ll stay crispy for at least a few days and possibly up to a week (if they last that long!)
