Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Dip
It feels like forever since I have been able to enjoy a delicious, hot cheesy dip and boy was I craving one last weekend. Considering the long holiday weekend just passed, it was perfect timing to create a low carb buffalo chicken dip.
The goal was to combine the flavors from an iconic buffalo chicken wing with cheesy goodness to create a low carb friendly dip that would knock me off my feet. The difficult part was finding a low carb buffalo sauce, most tend to add a lot of sugar.
Party Perfect Low Carb Dip
After looking at the grocery store for a good 20 minutes I was able to find Moore’s Buffalo Wing Sauce which has nearly no carbs. Second was getting a decently low carb but delicious ranch dressing, so I went with my tried and true Ken’s Steak House Buttermilk Ranch.
It’s the lowest carb ranch dressing that I have come across that still tastes like real Ranch. This buffalo chicken dip was a total party hit at my house-warming.
It was so addictive I had to make it again the following night for a deliciously cheesy dinner dip. The second time around I added a little extra cheese on top for a nice cheesy melted topping.
Honestly, nothing beats cheesy chicken, buffalo sauce and ranch. These flavors incorporated into one is just an unforgettable flavor.
Serve at your next party or make it as an appetizer for tonight’s dinner!
