Low Carb Personal Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Samis Bakery Lavash Tortilla
- ¼ Cup of Garlic Tomato Paste
- ½ Cup Mixed Cheese
- 7 Turkey Pepperonis
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Seasoning
Instructions
- Pour tomato paste onto tortilla, make sure its pretty even and not drenched where you would be worried it will spill off
- Top with cheese, pepperonis, and seasonings
- Pop it into the microwave for about 40 seconds or bake for about 2 minutes

Andres, this sounds wonderful, and 2 net carbs for the whole ‘tortilla?’ I want to try these, but I’ve never seen them. Where (grocery store) did you find them? Is there a website on the packaging? I’ve google’d and can’t seem to find a thing ::sigh::. Thanks for tackling and making low carb taste decadent! 🙂
