Garlic Edamame Recipe
Edamame is one of those foods I just totally forget about. Which is terrible considering how delicious they can be and how great of a snack they really make. I’ve been trying to change up my snacks and meal and what better way than to throw edamame in the mix! That’s where this tasty garlic edamame recipe came to be.
Edamame is full of benefits including tons of nutrients, protein, fiber , iron, etc. It can also help in lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease in adults. Pretty interesting, right? Who would have thought!

Low Carb Edamame

Ingredients
- 1 cup edamame beans
- 4 tablespoons Water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl
- Microwave for 15 seconds and enjoy
