Low Carb Raspberry Delite

Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Raspberries
- 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1.5 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Teaspoon of Raspberry Extract (Optional)
- Add sweetener (1/4 cup suggested)
Instructions
- Blend raspberries with desired amount of sweetener to form a raspberry puree
- Whip heavy whipping cream with vanilla and raspberry extract until thick
- Mix in the raspberry puree with the whipping cream until the entire mixture is one solid color
- Scoop into dessert dishes and place in the fridge for 1-3 hours to set and thicken
- I then added a scoop of whip cream and a scoop of raspberries for garnish, but this is optional
