Low Carb French Toast

Ingredients
- 4 Slices of Sami's Bakery Cinnamon Bread
- 2 Egg
- ⅓ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
- Sugar Free Syrup
Instructions
- Beat eggs lightly
- Stir in milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt into the same bowl and whisk until well blended and then pour into shallow bowl
- Place bread slices one at a time into bowl of egg mixture, allow 20 seconds and then flip bread and wait another 20 seconds (repeat with each slice)
- Grease skillet then begin to transfer moist bread slices to skillet, heat at low heat flipping once golden brown
- Serve with maple syrup and selected breakfast sides
