This recipe of course is to my personal liking, using turkey bacon and pepperonis. This is something that can easily be changed and won’t really make a difference in how it works, I just personally prefer turkey options from regular more greasy tasting options.
Low Carb Bacon Pizza

Ingredients
- 5 Slices of Turkey Bacon
- ⅓ Cup of Shredded Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
- 8 Slices of Turkey Pepperonis
- ½ Teaspoon of Garlic Seasoning
- ¼ Teaspoon Basil
- ¼ Teaspoon Oregano
Instructions
- Place slices of bacon just slightly over each other on a plate and cover with a paper towel, then microwave on high for 2 minutes or until crunchy and stuck together
- Once completely stuck together and crunchy, place tomato paste and other ingredients over the bacon tortilla that was created
- Microwave on high for another 20-40 seconds, depending on how you like your cheese and toppings melted
- Enjoy, simple as that!
