Beware! This Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe is dangerous!
Let me start off by saying that if your into peanut butter like me, you should lock this fudge away! If not, you’ll go out of control and the entire batch will disappear within a seconds notice. Seriously.
Don’t worry, you don’t have to throw your low carb eating plan out the window. This peanut butter chocolate fudge is low carb and relitively sugar free.

You were NOT kidding when you said these are dangerous! LOL I’m not a huge peanut butter fan, but hubby is, so I made them for him……but there might not be any left by the time he gets home…these are YUM!!! Such few ingredients to come up with a fantastic flavor combination. My butter started to separate when I added the protein powder; thinking I had heat too high?? I poured off some of the butter as I’m not familiar with how to “fix” things like that, but these are still one of the best dessert I’ve tried! I will make again and again…thanks for a GREAT recipe! 🙂

I don’t know why there are not more comments on this recipe….I love it! Thank you for sharing. It is my go to sweet craving cure. Although LCHF diet since last June I still must have a sweet everyday and this leaves no guilt.

Hi again, I am so going to try these for Super Bowl Sunday. So far everything I have tried on your site is awesome! So I am very excited to taste these. May I just ask what brand Protein Powder you use? Thanks!
Andres Regalado says
Thanks for the kind words, Cynthia! This is one of my favorite recipes, probably because of how much I love fudge. The protein powder I use is Isopure.
Cynthia Fuller says
Thank you so much, one last question the Isopure low carb protein powders come in flavors, which did you use? or is there an unflavored one?
Andres Regalado says
I used vanilla but chocolate would work just as well. I don’t believe they have an unflavored option. Hope that helps 🙂

Perfect, thank you!
