Author: Andres Regalado
Recipe type: Entree
Ingredients
- 2 Slices of Sami's Bakery Low Carb Bread
- 4 Slices of Turkey Breast

- 3 Slices of Turkey Bacon
- 8 Turkey Pepperonis
- 1 Teaspoon of Mayo
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon of Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Slice of Turkey Bacon
Instructions
- (This should be more or less self explanatory) Spread mayo on both slices of the low carb bread
- Add ingredients to one slice of the low carb bread, when done then top with the second slice of low carb bread (thus creating your sandwich). Not to hard right?
- As for the the tomato salad, cut up the tomatoes into small chunks and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then either crumble a piece of bacon up or leave it as a crunchy side

Andres,
I bought a loaf of Paleo bread Sunday at the Whole Foods near me here in SC , due to a lack of knowledge of what other type of low carb bread would suffice for this “Happy Hormones Slim Belly” plan by Jorge Cruise I’ve been following; incorporating MANY of your helpful ideas I might add. But it was simply AWFUL, and it cost $14.99! Sticker shock yes, but I was a bit too embarrassed after she rung it up to say “I’m sorry, I don’t want it that badly” and decline to pay for it, lol. My question is: Is the Sami’s bakery bread you use and are affilitated with really a good tasting bread. I KNOW it’s not going to taste like conventional bread, but is it anywhere near? This was so soggy after I thawed it out that after I blotted it dry enough to spread the butter on it to make a grilled cheese, it barely stayed together let alone browned or crisped up. Suggestions?
Thanks,
Chrissy p.s. I used to live down there in Tampa, my dads house is in Carrollwood just off Dale Mabry. Too bad I’m up here or I could visit the bakery myself and not have to mail order the bread.
