Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 4 tablespoons Swervesweetener
  • 1 cup of ice cubes 2 handfuls
  • 1/4 cup Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and easily pourable.
  2. Taste and adjust consistency and sweetness by adding more ice and/or sweetener.
