3 Flavored Iced Tea Recipes
One miss conception while living a low carb or sugar-free lifestyle is that you can’t enjoy a good ol’ iced tea. As you will see for yourself, there are plenty of iced tea recipes out there that you can easily put together as a tasty treat during the hot blistering Summer and beyond.
I created an iced tea for each part of my day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are of course, much more flexible and can be enjoyed any time of the day and whenever your craving one.
The three flavored iced tea recipes I’ll be sharing are (click on the name to go straight there):
I used simple ingredients that I could easily find at any grocery store and my must have, Iced Tea K-Cups, which I picked up at Walmart. Seriously, it couldn’t be easier.
As a busy student, full-time employee, and well.. blogger. I don’t have a whole lot of time. So, that’s why Keurig Iced Tea K-Cups are a total no-brainer for me. I can throw together some ice, some flavorful add-ins, pop in my K-cup and VOILA!

- ADD-INS: 1-2 teaspoons caramel extract, 3 teaspoons almond milk (or coconut milk), 2 teaspoons sweetener.
- Brew one Lipton Iced Unsweetened Tea on medium setting.

Strawberry Lemon Iced Tea
Strawberry Lemon Iced Tea is the perfect combination of strawberry lemonade and iced tea. I start off with lemon iced tea and added strawberry juice and strawberries. By the way, this one is my ultimate favorite!
Strawberry Lemon Iced Tea Recipe:
- Put 1 cup of ice into a plastic tumbler.
- ADD-INS: 3 strawberries (chopped into four pieces), fresh strawberry juice from 3 strawberries, 1 tablespoons lemon juice (optional).

Cucumber Mint Iced Tea
Cucumber Mint Iced Tea is extremely light and refreshing. The flavors from cucumber and mint are fairly minimal only add a sight compliment to the iced tea. I start with the cucumber and mint and let the iced tea pour right over.

- Put 1 cup of ice into a plastic tumbler.
- ADD-INS: 6 1/4″ slices of cucumber, 1/3 cup mint leaves, 1 tablespoons sweetener (optional).
