Ingredients
  • 2 cups cashews
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (if cashews are unsalted)
Instructions
  1. Drizzle olive oil over cashews and mix until covered.
  2. Toss in seasonings to cashews until evenly covered.
  3. Store in airtight container.

Serving size: 1 serving (Total recipe makes 12 servings)

*Still has a decent amount of carbs but its most definitely better than the alternative - sour cream and onion chips.
