Italian Low Carb Shrimp

  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 pound Daily Chef™ Cooked Medium Shrimp
  • ¼ cup Olive Garden Signature Italian Dressing
  1. Follow defrosting instructions on bag.
  2. Heat sauté pan on medium heat. Add olive oil to pan.
  3. Add garlic and shrimp. Make sure shrimp is on an even layer in the pan.
  4. Stir shrimp and re-arrange them, making sure to cook both sides. Remove mixture from pan once tender and lightly crisped, about 2-5 minutes.
  5. Toss shrimp with Olive Garden dressing and seasonings. Serve with desired sides.
