Overnight Flaxmeal - Low Carb

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fage total classic yogurt
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla isopure protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons Swervesweetener
  • 3/4 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealable container, as the mason jar pictured.
  2. Stir the mixture until everything is thoroughly combined.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4-5 hours.
