(This should be more or less self explanatory) Spread mayo on both slices of the low carb bread
Add ingredients to one slice of the low carb bread, when done then top with the second slice of low carb bread (thus creating your sandwich). Not to hard right?
As for the the tomato salad, cut up the tomatoes into small chunks and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then either crumble a piece of bacon up or leave it as a crunchy side
