Bacon Salad with Avocado & Goat Cheese

- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 10 cups spinach, slightly chopped
- ½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 avocado, chopped
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, cheese, avocado and bacon.
- Add the olive oil and seasonings to the salad and toss. Serve.
Serving size: 1 serving (Total recipe makes 6 servings)
